My deal or no deal keeps shutting down after I have earned substantial amounts . How can I retrieve my earnings?

I wrote several negative reviews re: earning medallions when youre at max level 100.....gosh! I just received 9 medallions and a thanks for participating message from Heather, the casino hostess. Not impressed.

This is a very fun casino game , however it will quite a game right in the middle of playing. Or the entire game will quit art times

I have had several cases where I won large sums of money, but then the app suddenly shuts down and I dont get the money. Also, with the recent update and the daily rankings. On the very first day of it being up and running, I was one of the top 50 so I was supposed to get money, but I never did. Now there was the "3 free medallions with every 5 days" I got the pop up that said "thanks for entering, you received 6 medallions", but I didnt get credited them. Its just frustrating and annoying.

Was supposed to receive a free medallion for logging in every day. No free medallions. In the deal or no deal game, twice won the bonus round, made a deal, but never received the money. Whats going on?...

Love this game!! Lots of fun & I havent spent a dime. Had an issue & it was taken care in less than a day. If you want to relax & play the slits then this is the perfect casino

Totally a big Money Hungry App!!!

This is a good App. Its a fun casino but a lot of times it glitches and you will win, but doesnt give you your credit. I also didnt receive my 3 medallions for logging in 5 days in a row. So you will get screwed but strangely enough its still a fun App.

Ever since the latest update the mobile app freezes, then I cant get it connect to Facebook . Uninstall and reinstall help but gone were my 100 million chips. Grr.......

I think they rely on people purchasing the majority of their chips.
