Super bummed!

Love playing this game so much, that is when I can actually log on. I havent been able to play the app for a few days now. Every time I try to get on the app it seems to be logging on and then I get booted. Am I doing something wrong? I just bought a bunch of coins and now it seems like it was a waste of money. Can I get refunded my money you took since I can no longer play the game? Does anyone know who I contact about this issue????
